Spinning Workout: Special Custom Edition

Hey all! It's been a while since we've had a new cycling workout, isn't it? It's high-time for a new one!

This is a workout I did as a custom request for a client, but she never paid for it. So here it is, for your enjoyment and edification! Hope it's a tough one for ya!

  3. Jamie,

Thanks for the podcasts! My wife and I used them to train for the Santa Fe Century (our very first one!), and even though half our long outside rides were shortened because of the high winds we've been having on the weekends, we still finished and felt great!

  4. Great workout as usual - Music is a bit dodgy though!

  5. I'm so glad you posted a new cycling workout! Is it too much to ask for a new one every week?? No? Once a month? Once a quarter--final offer.

    Thanks!

  6. Hi Jsmie

Thanks for your recent e-mail, you have become truly international with your podcasts enjoyed by myself and some of my friends here in the UK. I look forward to trying out your latest.

    Thank you very much.

  7. Hi Jamie,
I love your work. Thanks a lot for your efforts in producing all the cycle workouts they are much used. I agree with Steve's comments about being international as my mates here in Australia and i smash out a workout or two when it is wet and we can't ride.
    Cheers

  9. Hi Jamie,
As we're on the international theme... Many, many thanks from Canada. Your podcast is fantastic! When I got off the bike at the gym, someone said "You're steaming! How do you do it?" So, I just told them about your podcast. Word is getting round here in Canada. You're amazing. Thank you and keep it up!

I have to say your workouts are just great. Thank you very much for all the hard work you do. They are everything I was looking for! It's been really hard to find a good spinning instructor here in Chile, but now that I have these podcasts I can train by myself, not worrying about the schedule for the lessons at the gym.

    Thanks again!
