Personal Training
My real (ha!) job is personal training. If you live in the Bay Area and are looking for someone to help motivate, coerce, or bully you into exercising more and living more healthfully, I can do that! My passion is primarily for teaching, so I will do more than work you out: I will teach you how to take care of yourself. One-on-one Coaching
I also coach runners and triathletes, both face-to-face and over the interwebs. If you're looking for a coach who can help take you to the next level (or just get you started) with your training and racing, give me a call or send me an e-mail! My coaching rates start at $200/month.

Personalized Training Plans
I can provide you with a quality training plan for running, cycling, or triathlon that will last you through a whole season, or just 'til your first big race. I can also assess your current needs and assemble a weight training protocol that will help take your strength and power production to new heights. My specialty is (of course) weight training for swimming, biking, running, and triathlon, but I have worked with all types of athletes and populations, and so can provide any athlete or fitness buff with a plan to maximize strength, power, sport-specific fitness, or weight loss. Training plans of this ilk start at $50.

Custom Cycling/Running Workouts
If you haven't yet checked out my cycling podcasts, you should! And if you'd like to take those workouts a step farther, or if you want music and directions for a specific workout (i.e. short hill climbs for your Joe Friel inspired training plan), I can provide kick-ass music and a friendly (read: bossy) voice to talk you through your hard efforts. Cycling workouts start at $15 for a 45-minute workout, and duration can go as long as you want. Workouts are fully customizable: I'll need to know what kind of music you like to workout to, and what kind of intervals/efforts you'd like to do. I can take it from there.
